Let’s collaborate on your rebirth!

I’m here to support you on that journey every step of the way. Each client has their own unique experience, concerns, and needs. I will create a customized plan to support you in getting through this process addressing your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs.

Coaching

We will meet weekly to discuss any questions, concerns, thoughts, or feelings you may have regarding your divorce. 

Together, we can create an action plan, support with legal communications, finding the right therapy program, and building a support network. I will hold your hand through your divorce process. 

Glean from my experiences and wisdom. I will hold you accountable and keep you on track as you move forward through this process.

Support

When you are getting married, you have friends and family around you each step of the way. It should be the same for getting divorced. Sadly, it can be an isolating time. You don't have to go it alone. 
Why are we expected to get ourselves through one of the most challenging, devastating, and lonely times of our life without help? Count on me. I am in your corner. I have your back. Included in your program are extra check in times to connect as needed. Additional coaching is also available. 
You will also be invited to be a part of a private Facebook group so that you can get support from others going through the same challenges you are. 

Movement

True healing includes moving the physical body. Your mental health will improve exponentially with a strong movement routine. I help you create a plan with action steps you will bring into your daily life. Oftentimes, people let go of self-care when their marriage ends. I will work with you on incorporating movement into your daily ritual. Drawing from your current interests and needs, we will come up with a plan for you to enjoy activities that make your heart happy. There is no end, only a beginning to the variety of ways you can move your body. 

As a certified yoga instructor, I do offer private one-on-one movement sessions, which can be added to your package.

Mindfulness

Learn to incorporate and maintain a moment-to-moment awareness of your thoughts. As a mindfulness teacher, I can show you how to use breathwork, body scans, loving-kindness, and other techniques to stay present. During this time, feelings can be frazzled and it is easy to disassociate from our minds and bodies. Together, we can work on using meditation and your breath to stay present. My goal is to offer methods that best serve you as you transition into this new life ahead. 

In your program, we can practice mindfulness together in our sessions. I can also offer instructions custom-tailored to you that can support you in feeling more ease and serenity when you need to tap into those experiences.
